WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:

  • Double-check the departure port of your cruise.

  • Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel descriptions pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements. Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.

  • We recommend that you arrive 1-2 days before departure, SEPTEMBER 30 or October 1, 2027. You are required to be at the dock for departure no later than 3 hours before sail away. You are required to arrange your own transportation from the hotel/airport to Port Canaveral Terminal 1. Planning transportation is recommended (sometimes the cruise line sells transfer packages separately, or you can book private shuttles, Uber/Lyft, etc.). You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from the Orlando area.

  • When scheduling your flights, please note the cruise leaves Orlando on October 2, 2027, and will return on October 9, 2027. You are responsible for booking your own flight to and from Orlando. The airport you will fly into is Orlando International Airport(MCO) [45 mins]. You can also fly into Melbourne Bourne Airport (MLB) [50 mins] or Sanford Airport (SFB) [65 mins].

  • Your passports must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank VISA page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel descriptions pertains to US citizens only.   • By submitting a reservation request and/or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. terms and conditions.

  • All of your payments to Destination & Travel Junkies (DTJ) are non-refundable and non-transferable once processed.

  • All payments made to DTJ are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

    • Illness or medical emergencies

    • Schedule conflicts or personal changes

    • Travel delays or missed departures

    • Visa or entry denial

    • Government restrictions or documentation issues

    Due to contractual agreements, group travel space is secured in advance. Individual cancellations impact group pricing and availability; therefore, no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • Destination & Travel Junkies is not responsible for onboard venue reservations, dining, entertainment, or any associated costs. Guests are responsible for their own arrangements.

DTJ acts as an independent travel advisor and is not responsible for:

  • Cruise line or hotel services

  • Schedule changes, cancellations, or delays

  • Onboard reservations, dining, or excursions

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended, preferably Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR). You are required to select either “Accept” or “Decline” travel insurance at the time of booking. If you decline travel insurance, you:

    • Accept full financial responsibility for your booking, losses, cancellations, delays, medical expenses, or other travel-related risks

    • Acknowledge that no refunds will be issued for covered events

    • Agree not to dispute charges based on circumstances that insurance could have covered

  • DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC charges a $50 per-person cancellation fee for any trip canceled at any time after booking. This fee is in addition to any penalties imposed by the supplier. The cancellation fee must be paid before the cancellation is processed. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to DESTINATION & TRAVEL JUNKIES, LLC. Travel insurance does not cover agency-imposed penalties.

    DTJ is not responsible for:

    • Denied boarding

    • Entry refusal

    • Expired or invalid documents

    No refunds will be issued for failure to meet travel requirements.

All services are subject to the terms of the respective suppliers.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. A reservation that has gone 60 days without a monthly payment can be cancelled without notice.

  • Reinstatement (if available):

    • Subject to availability

    • Requires a $200 per-person reinstatement fee, plus past-due balance.

  • Any name or occupancy changes should be directed to Destination & Travel Junkies. Failure to do so will result in a $200 Name Change Fee, plus any applicable supplier penalties.

  • You may choose to pay your balance in full at the time of booking. If you elect to use the monthly payment plan, automated reminders will be sent as a courtesy.

  • If you experience financial hardship or anticipate payment issues, please contact us before your payment due date to discuss possible accommodations. We are here to help, but a lack of communication will not excuse missed payments.

  • It is your responsibility to notify Destination & Travel Junkies of all email address changes. 

  • Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents and travel instructions will be sent via email and/or mail 30 days or earlier before your scheduled travel date. 

  • Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wine, water, beverages, food (except at all-inclusive resorts or where specifically indicated), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes, unless specified in the package inclusions. Prices are accurate at the time of publication; however, as hotels and airfares are subject to continual fluctuations and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability may change accordingly.

  • In case of human or computer error, Destination & Travel Junkies reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be issued to passengers who choose not to pay the increase, provided Destination & Travel Junkies receives a written cancellation within 5 days of the price increase notification.  Click here for DTJ's full terms and conditions.

  • Yes. Payments made via credit or debit card are subject to a standard processing fee charged by our secure payment processor. 2.9% + .30 per transaction.

  • If you would like to pay more than your scheduled monthly installment or pay off your balance early, you may do so using the payment link provided in your payment reminders.

    Making extra payments can be a great way to reduce your remaining balance and ensure your trip is fully paid before the final payment deadline.

  • If you are having difficulty making a scheduled payment, please notify Destination & Travel Junkies as soon as possible by emailing info@destinationtraveljunkies.com so that arrangements can be discussed.

    Monthly payments are required to keep your reservation active and in good standing. Staying current with payments helps ensure your cabin and booking remain secured.

    Reservations that have gone 60 days without a monthly payment may be cancelled without notice, and any applicable cancellation penalties or supplier policies may apply.

    If your reservation is cancelled due to nonpayment, reinstatement is not guaranteed and would be subject to cabin availability and current pricing. There’s a $200 reinstatement fee.
