  • Yes — we understand that travel is a big investment and we’re happy to work with you. We offer flexible payment plans so you can pay in installments leading up to your trip. (Exact terms depend on the trip package.)

  • You should make every effort to make a payment every month. If you anticipate difficulty making a payment, please contact us via email as soon as possible so we can discuss options. If we do not receive a payment or communication from you for 60 days, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.

  • Once your final payment is received:

    • We confirm and lock in your travel booking (flights, accommodations, tours) per the agreed itinerary.

    • We send you a confirmation pack with your travel documents, a detailed day-by-day itinerary, and any next steps.

    • We schedule a dedicated client-briefing call so you know exactly what to expect and can ask any last-minute questions.

    • We stay with you throughout. You’ll have our contact information for on-trip support (in case of changes or emergencies).

  • Our normal support hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Eastern Time). Outside of these hours, you may still contact us via email or leave a voicemail — we’ll return your message on the next business day. For group trips and scheduled departures, we also offer dedicated on-trip support lines.

  • Policies vary by trip.
    All group trips are non-refundable.
    We recommend CFAR travel insurance.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible — ideally 6-12 months ahead for peak departure dates (holidays, major festivals, customized group trips). For off-season dates or less complex trips, 3-4 months may suffice. Early booking gives you better access to availability and pricing.

  • Yes — we strongly recommend travel insurance for all our clients. Travel insurance protects you in case of medical emergencies, trip cancellations/interruption, lost or delayed baggage, and other unexpected events. We can help you find a good policy tailored to your trip.
